What is the current job scenario for HR professionals, across sectors? What is the global recruitment picture for this profile? 

Globally, the job market for HR Professionals is demanding and competitive. Given the nature of fungible skills in HR, the global demand for HR Professionals has by and large remained unchanged. The profession continues to witness fair level of inter-sector and international movements. The expectations from HR Professionals are continuously shifting from a traditional 'Personnel function' to one that requires more strategic partnership with business. HR professionals with good business acumen are in demand. Beyond functional expertise and experience, what also matters is the personal attributes and leadership (brand) of the HR professionals.
